Curbside and in-store pickup
To use our pickup service simply select the "local pickup" option during your online checkout. Your order should be ready within two hours of checkout during normal business hours. For curbside pickup park outside the store and give us a call once you have arrived. For in-store pickup head to the register or tell a team member that you have arrived.
A flat $6, $10, or $15 shipping rate applies to most orders, based on weight. All online orders will be prepared and shipped to you within two business days.
Be advised, additional shipping fees may apply for our large items such as (but not limited to) Christmas trees, oversized decor, and wood figures. In such cases, we will always call or email you prior to shipping to discuss options and rates, and receive your authorization to proceed.
Select collections are designated as “pickup only” on the collection page. This items may be purchased for in-store pickup or local delivery, but we are unable to ship them at this time. Local delivery charges will apply.
In-store exchanges + returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Some exclusions apply - discounted items, holiday decor, furniture, light fixtures, and all custom order pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Some exclusions may apply to SWEET10 Discount. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
