Refund policy

Christmas merchandise purchased on or after November 11 is final sale. 

In-store exchanges + returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Some exclusions apply - discounted items, apparel (purchased in-store), holiday decor, furniture, light fixtures, and all custom order pieces are final sale and non-refundable. 

We offer by-mail returns for apparel items only. The return must be shipped within 14 days of receipt with a shipping label issued by The Garden Room. A $10 return shipping fee will apply. To request an apparel return email customercare@thegardenroomstore.com.
