Shipping policy

A flat $6, $10, or $15 shipping rate applies to most orders, based on weight. All online orders will be prepared and shipped to you within two business days. 

Be advised, additional shipping fees may apply for our large items such as (but not limited to) Christmas trees and oversized or overweight decor. In such cases, we will always call or email you prior to shipping to discuss options and rates, and receive your authorization to proceed.

Select items are designated as available for local delivery and pickup only. This items may be purchased for in-store pickup or local delivery, but we are unable to ship them at this time. Local delivery charges will apply. 

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs pertaining to their order. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on orders due to incorrect information that the Customer has provided, which includes, but is not limited to incorrect information pertaining to your shipping address or payment information. 

Once a courier has picked up and scanned your package, we are no longer responsible for any delays or loss of package. In the rare event that any of these things happen to your package, you must contact the courier directly and file a claim.

Please note that  packages held by the courier for pick up will need to be tracked by the Customer and picked up before the expiration date.
