After nearly three years at The Garden Room our wonderful manager April is moving on to continued education! We are so sad to see her go, but excited for the opportunities that await her. 

We are now looking for a highly qualified team leader to step into store management. Do you love seasonal decor, have an upbeat attitude, and a deep commitment to customer and employee care? Are you honest, motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and interested in personal growth? Are you ready to familiarize yourself with our decor, furniture, and lighting lines until you know the products inside and out? 

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. While hours may be flexible for the right person, the ability to work many Saturdays and an occasional Sunday is required. While we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas,  the ability to work around these holidays with limited travel is essential. Our hours of business are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 11 AM - 5:00 PM Sundays.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and managing and scheduling roughly fifteen part to full-time team members. 

 We are on the lookout for a natural leader with management expertise who is preferably familiar with Shopify POS and Shopify Account Admin functions, or a similar program. Retail and customer service experience is required. Experience in the gift, home, and floral industry are preferred.
